PLEASE HELP!!!
I have no location yet or no budget but I'm planning my 22nd birthday bash!!! About 20 to 30 guests and I know I want a late evening/early night like 7ish start!

My party is based around like being single... I don't know if I want to add a lingerie party or not. But I want it to be based around the fact that I'm single, independent, and 22!!!

PLEASE HELP.... menu ideas, game ideas, invitation ideas, etc
