Pink Heaven Party IdeasSweet 16 Party For A Country Girl

My daughter will be turning "Sweet 16" in October. She is a country girl and loves the outdoors, and she is also a cheerleader.
We have done all of the usual birthday ideas, hay ride, hay ride in a very scary area, a Hawaiian theme, scavenger hunts of all kinds.
I would like to do something really special and very memorable.
I have thought of a swimming party and having a slumber party at the hotel afterward. I have also thought of maybe having a limousine pick up the girls after school as a surprise and then maybe go to a very special restaurant, but then I'm not sure what to do afterward.
Please give me some ideas.
I'm not opposed to a boy-girl party but then we are limited as to what you can do there as well.
I would appreciate any ideas that you might have.
