Here are a few ideas:

A Medieval Party - Fair maidens to be rescued and knights battling.

A Back to Kids Party - a grown up version of a kids party with a huge bouncy castle and vodka jelly!Dress up as Childrens TV Characters

An Old People Theme - Dress up as your grandparents, play Bingo and serve delicious home made food.

Undersea Party - Decorate as if you are under the water. Use blues and greens in decorating and when choosing food. An updated Mermaid Party.

Arabian Nights, Decade Party e.g. 40s, 50s etc., War Party, Cross gender party (swap clothes and roles) or Moulin Rouge.

Why don't you have a party theme of your favorite country.

Why don't you have a party theme of your favorite country. You could have a Bollywood or belly dancing theme and have lots of reds, yellows and oranges as your theme colours and for food have an Indian buffet, Indian restaurant or a takeaway.

Or you could have a Chinese or even an oriental themed party with lots of red, gold and white as colours and have lots of lanterns and dragons and flowers then for food go to a Chinese restaurant or buffet or have a takeaway.
