There are many different themes that you could choose from using those colors but you need to choose a theme that is related to you.

You can use all of your colors without a theme as long as you incorporate the colors throughout the decorating - maybe even into the dress code!

If you do want to use a theme you need to think about what suits you best. If the Sweet 16 Tantrums and Tiara ball doesn't suit you what about:

Candy theme
Movie or Music based theme
Next Top Model party
Dance party
Hollywood
Masquarade party
