Here are some food, theme and costume ideas

For an accessory idea you could have one pink shoe and one white shoe and you could paint your nails as pink and white.

For costume or theme ideas you could have pink and white angels or pink and white princesses. Another idea would be pink and white space aliens or butterflies.

For food ideas you could have strawberries and pink marshmallows with a white chocolate fountain or white chocolate fondue.
