Stuck With A Party Idea!

I am going to be celebrating my 13th birthday. It is at the end of January. There is no budget on it, no specific time or date either. I don't have any idea what to do for it!

There will either be just me and my 2 best friends.
Or there will be me, my 2 best friends and 4 or 5 school friends.

I don't know what to do for it. Any ideas?
