Pink Heaven Party IdeasStuck On What Games To Have A High School Graduation

The high school graduation for my 18 year old son. The invite list are his friends, kids, our family, neighbors. What are some things we can do to keep the BBQ fun without having everyone sitting around looking at each other. Everything I do... my son thinks is cheesy. The event is being held in our backyard (very small). Should I have table and chairs or just chairs? I'm going to decorate ie, balloons, streamers, etc.
