Stuck for entertainment ideas

I am having my 13th birthday party next month in half term.

I am inviting 4 other friends (aged 12/13),
we are having a popstar party and recording our own CD at a recording studio then they are coming back for a sleepover.

I need ideas for games/entertainment to do at sleepover. All i can think of is:
Truth or dare (already doing it)
Film (already doing it)
Spa/pamper session (don't want to do that because thats what my friend is doing).

My budget is £20 because the CD recording is expensive.
