Stuck For An Idea What To Do

Ok, so it'll be my 18th birthday in less than 2 months, it's on a Friday and I'm not sure what to do.
A party is out of the question because my house is really not suitable for a party and I have a 2 year old sister. I'm thinking just me and my closest 3 or 4 friends go out to dinner somewhere. Any better ideas?? I also can't afford to hire out a hall or anything for a party.
