Pink Party Theme

I'm having a pink party theme.Im going to turn 12 and Im going to use hot pink wedding shower decorations and make them into birthday party decorations. My bday is in the summer and I have a huge pool so its going to be a pool party as well. But I need ideas on what we can do other than play in the pool. I also am stumped on what we should eat! Any ideas?
