Party theme

My daughter is turning one... she is a miracle baby... we almost lost her. It took a lot of intervention for her.. she was the "million dollar baby" So of course everyone who was there for us through out the pregnancy will be there... 50+ people. I wanted something different... not the same old theme. I do have a budget.. I don't want to over spend. Just looking for some ideas.
