Party Game Ideas

I'm planning my daughter's 16th birthday party, and I'm having some trouble with ideas for party games and things to keep entertained. I can't seem to think of anything that is fun but wouldn't seem immature. I'm very keen for some alternative ideas on old favourites,or other activities to keep the kids entertained. There is about 25 coming, both boys and girls, and the party will go for 5 hours. So far we've planned to have a marquee outside with a bonfire to roast marshmallows. The party is next saturday.
