What was the first thing you said? Yes, it was 'It's MY 15th Birthday' so it's down to you what to do! If you want a party base it around your likes and hobbies or things that you and your friends all enjoy.

Maybe a spa party would be a good idea where you could have fun and also enjoy the company on your closest friends.

If you do want to involve your friends when choosing a theme why don't you write down a few ideas (or get them to but make sure it's something you would like to do before you include them) then get everyone to vote or choose out of a hat.

Or you could even let everyone pick a theme or activity and incorporate them all into your birthday with your idea being the main event. Give them a job each (such as food, decorations etc) whilst you sit back and let THEM throw you the best birthday ever!
