If you have the budget for it and that's what your daughter wants then I wouldn't say that it is over the top. If you are unhappy about any of it however then maybe it is going a bit too far. Maybe tell her that she can have 1 or 2 of the 3 activities.

If you are OK with the activities but not the budget try and find cheaper ways to carry them out such as creating an at home spa and having a take away, then maybe camping out in your back yard!
