Need to have a super classy 1st birthday

My daughter is turning 1 in may and ALL the family is going to be there.I want a fancy fun CLASSY birthday party. I just need advice on well everything. Food, favors, everything. Also my daughters dress(which every girl in our whole family has worn on their first birthday) is blue. I don't know how to incorporate blue, pink and fancy classiness into a 1 year old birthday. Please help!!!
