If you have such a low budget you could either order a few pizzas or you could have the party after meal times so you wouldn't need to feed them all!

A cupcake theme is a good idea, very girly. To save buying loads of cupcakes get the girls to make their own. It may sound a bit childish but when they are decorating them they will soon start enjoying themselves.

Decorate with pastel themes and add smaller cheaper cupcake extras such as a cupcake stand filled with cupcakes instead of ordering a more expensive birthday cake.

If you are only having 10 girls then even if you have a small house then there should be enough room. Have the party in the living room and kitchen and let the girls go outside if needs be, maybe for a BBQ.
