Pink Heaven Party IdeasMy Princess 6th b-day but we have a budget with a mommy that likes to go all out!!

Okay I'm not the type to ask for help but Im desperate. My 6 year old is wanting a Hannah Montana/Rock star party theme, and that's fine but my husband and I are doing a budget makeover and Birthdays are out of the question!
And this mommy isn't doing that, I have always had to over do or go big so doing a party on a small budget is not my thing.
To save money we will have it at home.
Decorations I can handle making them that's not a problem we have a room with lots of arts and crafts (need Ideas)its July 30th at 5:oopm.
My living room is huge so I would like to do a stage for her so cheap but beautiful. Cake I'm not worried I own a bakery so that's covered FREE!
My husbands bugging to know how much this will cost!!! I say i can do decorations on possible $40.00 cause i have a lot of stuff and Invitations $10.00, Hand out treats, V.I.P. passes and CD with Auto graph signing as a thank you and 1 song that will be recorded by my baby, another $20.00 bucks.
Food I left to dad. So say $100.00 all in all. Pictures of party decoration and stage or whatever will help please, I'm not use to a small spending account when it comes to birthdays.
Help me prove that you can still have a great party with a supper cheap budget.
