Idealess

Hi so I am completely stuck with an idea for my Sweet 16. I want a unique idea that isn't a typical party. Dance parties have gotten to be the "lame" party. My birthday is in the summer and I live in Tampa Florida and I kind of want to wear a gown... although that isn't a must. Lastly, the guest could range from 15-50 people (depending on the location)
