I don't know what should I do?!

It's my 13th birthday this October and I would like to invite 4 of my close friends to celebrate with me. It will be on a Saturday. I plan to have a sleepover but I do not want it at my house as some of my friends are allergic to my dogs. I would like them to arrive at 1.30 p.m in the afternoon of Saturday and leave at 12.30 the next afternoon. My budget is around $1000? Slightly less is best!
