Hollywood Dilemma

I know you have mentioned some great ideas about a Hollywood themed party, but I don't think I will be able to go and get them stuff (like decorations). Do you know where I could buy them from? It's a suprise 13th birthday party in March. About 10 guests including the birthday girl. The venue is at my house and the budget around £50-£100 Please help :) xx
