Can't think of a UNIQUE theme for my 14th birthday

I'm turning 14, September 11, 2010, about 4 or more hours, for 12 or 4 guests, al girls, probably my house or neighborhood (I live in SoCal near the beach) budget around $500 or a little more (not really sure...) Thanks for all the help!
