Birthday cake ideas add uniqueness to your Pink Heaven Party Angels party.
Birthday cakes are easy if all you want to do is buy a themed cake at the local supermarket.
But if you want something really special, and have the time to do it, making your own cake can be simple and really unique. I always bought my birthday cakes from the shop until last year when I couldn't find one for my daughters birthday. So I had to make one to keep in with the rock star theme and I haven't looked back!
When thinking of birthday cake ideas it is important to stick to the overall theme of the party e.g. for a princess party you need a princess themed cake.

Once you have a birthday cake idea in mind you need to start to think about how you are going to make that cake.
Is it just a simple shaped cake which just requires decorating or is does it require many different shaped cakes added together to make the overall base?
Once you have figured out the shapes you need for the cake, remember you can cut different shapes out from a square cake if needed, you can then move on to the actual creation!

You can then cut them into the shapes needed, put them together and they are ready to decorate.
